The fast solution – EyeWeld Bundles – provides a complete package of software paired with a matching triangulation sensor ready to use. Defects such as cracks, incomplete fusion, and shape or size variations and many more are detected instantly by EyeWeld. With standard interfaces like e.g. Profinet or Modbus, communication and interaction with machines or robots are straightforward. Users benefit from an online view of weld data, including defect categorization, position, and size. This facilitates automatic re-welding or manual correction of defects when possible, and guarantees automatic ejection of parts with non-repairable defects.

The system integrates easily into robotic environments and ensures full data exchange with process control systems or machines, streamlining the overall workflow.
