If you are experiencing difficulties with our software:

  1. Fill out the “support request form” on our website below.
  2. Use the log file option in the EyeVision software. Click on “Write log file” under “View” in the software to get a .txt file and send it to us with your request.

Please give us as much information as possible to help us optimize our support.
If it’s your first Support Request, fill in the complete form and you get a Support number ID, which you can use for all further
communication.
